Hi, I’m Rita, a devoted mom and passionate baker. My journey began at home, driven by a desire to provide nutritious meals for my children. Over time, this love for healthy cooking grew into a mission: to explore grains, milling, and the art of naturally fermented bread. With a background in nutrition, I’ve learned how to blend health and flavor seamlessly, ensuring that every product we bake meets the highest standards of taste and nourishment.

Along the way, I discovered that much of the industrial bread available today doesn’t qualify as true bread. This inspired me to create Risen Loaves—a bakery focused on bringing back honest, naturally fermented bread and wholesome baked goods to my family, community, and beyond.
